How do I gracefully talk to my Hindu and Buddhist friends about Jesus?

They are both from different countries and have never heard of the true message. I don't even know where to start. I just want to share Jesus with them but their backgrounds of god are so different from mine and I don't know where to start.

By sharing the truth in Gods word and prayerfully trust God for transformation. He did it to Apostle Paul He's not tired of doing it. Engage in positive discussion that talks about religion proves and and positive/good impact.

I have to stop you right there. You DO NOT "start" the conversation about Jesus. They should start, not you, and you will know that they are interested.

What you can do right now is to be the best friend they can have. It's by the slow, consistent witness that wins people over to Christ eventually. When they see you living your life in a way that pleases God, they will be drawn into it.

In the event they become interested to know about Christianity, tell the truth that it is hard to be a Christian in the 21st century. Do not sugar-coat. Christians are being persecuted and ridiculed, if not challenged by today's standards of morality. We protect the dignity of marriage and the sacredness of the family and the unborn life. We care for the elderly and orphans, many people will not want to do.
