What is the interpretation of this scripture that states, “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven"?
Is it speaking of spiritual or natural elements or both?
Matthew 18:18
NKJV - 18 Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
