There is no answer, as far as a prayer for financial peace, however there is the Word of God we can rely on that will help us. Firstly, we need to understand God loves us with all that He is. Secondly, we know the bible says that if we sow we will reap. The bible also tells us that He has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness and that He gives us all things richly to enjoy. 

When I started my own business I had nothing but a truck and good credit. Everyday I left my driveway I said "Father thank you that you love me and take care of me". And the work has been coming in ever since. I had to be smart about advertising etc but what I must do is trust that God loves me enough to take care of me. The bible also says that he who does not take care of his family is worse than and infidel and we know that God is not an infidel. My thought is to give when and where you can so you can plant some seed, and thank God for His love for you and read your Bible and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal some of Gods truth to you to help you trust Him. 

In areas where you don't believe you can even ask Him to help your unbelief just as the man did in Mark 9:23-24

3 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. 24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

Just trust that God loves you and will always take care of you and establish a budget as well as ask for strategies to help with your finances.
