No. Read Psalms 139 Jeremiah 17:10 " I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings." Hebrews 4:13 "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do."

We do not have to give God permission to search our hearts - nothing is hidden from His sight. David writes beautifully, "O God, you search me, and You know me. All my thoughts lie open to Your gaze. When I walk or lie down You are before me. Ever the maker, and keeper of my days."

If we didn't give God permission to search our hearts, would He be unable to do it? And, if He was able to search our hearts without us allowing Him to, if we were able to lock our hearts up but He breached the lock and searched our heart anyway, who could we appeal to for the purpose of constraining Him? A king doesn't get "permission" from his subjects to do anything. And at once Jesus gave them "permission." Then the unclean spirits went out and entered the swine... Mark 5:13. Kings give permission, not the other way around.
