Quite simply, we are fallen beings in a fallen world thanks to the Serpent in garden! So we have the choice in life to go against the things of this world and instead turn to God to get under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Only if you are under the blood will you be passed over without judgement, everybody else that has not the holy spirit within will be judged according to their earthly sins. Yes we are born in Sin but we have the ability to turn to God and change our ways and seek forgiveness by sanctifying our lives and lifestyle. Jesus Christ knows how hard it is for us and he doesn't expect that anyone will be sinless but you must get under the blood and allow him to dwell in you.. I hope this helps you.

Man has no authority of judging God for whatever God has done, fair or unfair; God is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent; as David sang in Psalm 139:1-24."Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain" (Psalm 139:6); then the rule is: "God can do no wrong", if we think God is unfair, just get back to the rule!.

Sin is an effect of eating the poisonous fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, planted by God in Eden, beside this tree, God also planted the tree of life (Genesis 2:8-9) an antidote for the poison.

So, the point is: Do we really believe in the words of God in Jesus? (John 1:1-18), if we do, then, "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches, To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, wich is in the paradise of God";(Revelation 2:7)

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.(Mark.16:17-18).

I believe that babies are not born sinners. There is not one scripture to back this up and if you think that way, you are perverting the word of God. This is a Calvinistic view and contradicts very nature of God because babies do not know what sin is, they know to cry for food, diaper changes, if they hurt to their body and need soothing but other wise their concept anything beyond depending on their mom and dad for life. 

As they age, their learning develops from their their home life and this world, which then gives them their age of accountability, when they know what sin is and if have received the good news of Jesus and believe, they are saved. If babies were born sinners, then they would go to hell, that makes no sense to a loving God because David in 2 Samuel 12:23, says that his child who has died will not return but he will see him again, showing that babies in fact go to heaven. God is love.

God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten son that whoever believed in Him would not perish (suffer judgement) but have eternal life. God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged... John 3:16-18. 
These passages make it very clear that if we are judged we deserve it because we rejected the One who was judged in our place. He was wounded for OUR transgression (against God) not any sin of His own. To refuse His gift of substitution for our sake is to invite judgement for our crime. 

To all who did receive him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God (John 1:12).
Judgement is not God's plan, salvation is. The whole Bible makes it very plain that God wants to shower us in His love for an eternity.

As for us being victims of association with Adam and Eve: without a representative we wouldn't be who we are, people. Adam and Eve were people and so are we. There ain't an ounce of difference in any of us, we're all simply people, shaped in iniquity.

Thank God for His mercy.
