Calvinism, as a theological system is not dependent upon any denomination. There may be Calvinists in any denomination. However, if you're looking to see what denomination as a whole is most Calvinistic in its thinking, the answer is probably Presbyterian. At least, they're probably the most well known. Any Church or Denomination that follows a more "Reformed Theology" is going to lean towards Calvinism.
