The short answer is no. The best thing I can think of is to read the story of Balaam in Num. 22-24 with special attention to Num. 23:8, 20, & 26. This was a man of Israel who had every intention of cursing the Israelites for money and could not do it. He was a man of God (who is a all powerful God) and could not do it. How could a person who believes in an idol or false god do what he could not? Impossible.
