God created the first male Adam and female Eve. They produced two sons, Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel out of jealousy. Then God punished Cain by driving him out. Cain then said to God: "The punishment is more than I can bear... whoever finds me will kill me." Now, since God created the first male and female, and Cain and Abel were the first two children, where did the other people came from that would kill Cain?

ESV - 13 Cain said to the Lord, "My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14 Behold, you have driven me today away from the ground, and from your face I shall be hidden. I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.
