My opinion is that the key verses dealing with bibliology are Dt 29:29; 2 Ti 3:16-17; Heb 1:1-2; and Ro 1:19-20.

A doctrinal definition of bibliology is the act of God by which He imparts knowledge to man which man could otherwise never know (Deuteronomy 29:29; Amos 3:7).

Deuteronomy 29:29
“The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.” (KJV)

2 Timothy 3:16-17 
3:16 Every scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 3:17 that the person dedicated to God may be capable and equipped for every good work.
“Every scripture” or “All scripture.” Every facet of Scripture (including statements that regard science, history, and geography) is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).

Sufficiency

Scripture states that it can equip us for every good work. Besides, the Lord states that He has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the body of knowledge wherein His great and precious promises are recorded. Therefore, we believe that the Bible alone, as believers apply it to their lives, is a sufficient resource to prepare them to handle all the problems and needs of life and service (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:3-11).

Hebrews 1:1-2 Introduction: God Has Spoken Fully and Finally in His Son

General Revelation, a division of divine revelation, refers to those ways (circumstances, conscience, creation) by which God has revealed Himself to all men at all times (Romans 1:17-20).

Romans 1:19-20, key verses here, read 1:19 because what can be known about God is plain to them because God has made it plain to them. 1:20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes – his eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse.

General Revelation reveals only general information, such as the existence of God, but not knowing him as personal Savior. That comes with the specific or Special Revelation of the Bible, through which you can know Jesus personally.
