It seems that the first method of a soul being created is more feasible because after the fall into sin, souls must’ve had the curse of sin tied to the physical body with the understanding that spiritual separation from GOD, through the taintedness of sin, had marred the image of GOD on earth. It seems understandable that in order for sin to be transmitted from human being through the generations then the soul would be created through the natural process of sexual reproduction that followed the original, limited process of birth of Adam which took place once outside the physical womb of a mother with the breath of GOD starting the process of life.
