Although the Bible tells us little about what it will be like in heaven, it seems that we will most likely have a physical body, although not in the same sense of "physical" that we have now. First...

Absolutely we will have physical bodies! When God originally created us, He created us with physical bodies. We are created both body and soul, and this will always be the case. When Christ returns, He will finish His work of redemption and the curse that has infected both mankind and creation will be lifted. Heaven will come down to Earth, and we will all live here, just as God originally intended with Adam and Eve. It'll pretty much be awesome.
Yes, absolutely, most definitely! After Christ's resurrection he appeared to his disciples in the upper room and stated In Luke 24:39 "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have." v. 40 "And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet." v.41 "And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?" v. 42 "And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb." v. 43 "And he took it, and did eat before them." This passage establishes that the person who revealed himself was in fact the risen, glorified Lord Jesus Christ. Not only was he standing there in a tangible, physical body, he ate food before them. In Acts 1 verses 9-11 Dr. Luke writes of Christ's ascension. v.9 "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight." v.10 "And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;" v. 11 "Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." Pay close attention to verse 11 and especially this following statement: "this same Jesus". This same literal, tangible, physical, glorified Son of God will return in like manner (he will descend in a manner similar to the way he ascended and praise God, it is the same "JESUS". Philippians 2:30-31 tells us: "For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." "Who shall change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body.......". Sorry for the incorrect reference in Philippians. The correct reference is Philippians 3:20-21
God is a spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24) God is a spirit suggests that those who inhabit the heavenly realm are void of a physical body. I tell you this, brethren: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable, says 1Corinthians 15:50. For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality (1Corinthians15:53). Based upon the foregoing texts physical bodies will be exchanged for immortal spiritual ones.
Yesterday my neighbor said that we will have a spirit in heaven but not a body. I begged to differ with him, and I told him that 1 John 3:2 said, "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not appear what we shall be, but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." But I told Gene that I'd look up some [other] verses for him. Here's what I found: Here’s a way I picture what our glorified bodies in heaven will be like, based on Scripture, and why it’s exciting to me personally: Physical yet perfected: Like Jesus’ resurrection body, real and tangible, you could touch it, even eat (Luke 24:42-43; John 20:27), but it’s completely free from death, sickness, or decay. Immortal: Nothing can end or harm it; no more suffering or fear of death (1 Corinthians 15:53-54; Revelation 21:4). This "no more pain" excites me more than anything else! (I have sciatica and low back pain). Revelation 21:4 says, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” And these verses also appear in "An Advanced Scripture Memory Program" (which is based on the NET Bible translation): Revelation 21:3-4, regarding "the eternal state," says -- 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: "Look! The residence of God is among human beings. He will live among them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will not exist any more — or mourning, or crying, or pain, for the former things have ceased to exist." Incorruptible: No weakness, no effects of sin, your body is fully renewed and pure (1 Corinthians 15:42). Glorious: Radiant and honorable, shining with God’s presence (1 Corinthians 15:43). Spiritual: Fully alive in the Spirit, perfectly at home in God’s presence and in the new creation (1 Corinthians 15:44; Philippians 3:21 "who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself."). In the New Testament soma,"the body," is used of "the ascended and glorified body of Jesus (Phil 3:21); (9) the resurrection or "spiritual" (v. natural) body of the redeemed in heaven (1 Cor 15:44). Special terms [are] "body of his flesh" (Col 1:22); "body of sin" (Rom 6:6); "body of this death" (Rom 7:24); "body of his glory" (Phil 3:21)." ~ Dwight M. Pratt -- bible.org Imagine a body like yours now, but perfected, strong, immortal, incorruptible, radiant, and fully ready for eternal life with God. It’s still “you,” but freed from every limit sin and death ever imposed. Chat helped me with this. I love this song that I heard on the internet: I'll Have a New Body (I'll Have a New Life) Song by Hank William "On that resurrection morning When all dead in Christ shall rise I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life Won't it be so bright and fair When we meet our loved ones there? I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life I'll have a new home of glory eternal (praise the Lord) Where the redeemed of God shall stand There'll be no more sorrow (no more pain) There'll be no more strife Raised in the likeness of my Savior (in His likeness) Ready to live in Paradise I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life When old Gabriel blows his trumpet And we walk the streets of gold I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life No more pain, worry, sorrow In this wicked world of sin I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life I'll have a new home of glory eternal (praise the Lord) Where the redeemed of God shall stand There'll be no more sorrow, no more pain There'll be no more strife Raised in the likeness of my Savior (in His likeness) Ready to live in Paradise I'll have a new body Praise the Lord, I'll have a new life."
