Although the Bible tells us little about what it will be like in heaven, it seems that we will most likely have a physical body, although not in the same sense of "physical" that we have now. First...

Absolutely we will have physical bodies! When God originally created us, He created us with physical bodies. We are created both body and soul, and this will always be the case. When Christ returns, He will finish His work of redemption and the curse that has infected both mankind and creation will be lifted. Heaven will come down to Earth, and we will all live here, just as God originally intended with Adam and Eve. It'll pretty much be awesome.
Yes, absolutely, most definitely! After Christ's resurrection he appeared to his disciples in the upper room and stated In Luke 24:39 "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have." v. 40 "And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet." v.41 "And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?" v. 42 "And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb." v. 43 "And he took it, and did eat before them." This passage establishes that the person who revealed himself was in fact the risen, glorified Lord Jesus Christ. Not only was he standing there in a tangible, physical body, he ate food before them. In Acts 1 verses 9-11 Dr. Luke writes of Christ's ascension. v.9 "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight." v.10 "And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;" v. 11 "Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." Pay close attention to verse 11 and especially this following statement: "this same Jesus". This same literal, tangible, physical, glorified Son of God will return in like manner (he will descend in a manner similar to the way he ascended and praise God, it is the same "JESUS". Philippians 2:30-31 tells us: "For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." "Who shall change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body.......". Sorry for the incorrect reference in Philippians. The correct reference is Philippians 3:20-21
God is a spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24) God is a spirit suggests that those who inhabit the heavenly realm are void of a physical body. I tell you this, brethren: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable, says 1Corinthians 15:50. For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality (1Corinthians15:53). Based upon the foregoing texts physical bodies will be exchanged for immortal spiritual ones.
