I would say that we as believers glorify God, not by seeking glory, gain, or applause for ourselves, or by satisfying our own appetites or desires in the things that we do, but by always acting with the consciousness and intent of causing others to want to emulate us because of the difference between us and "the world", and to find out how they can achieve that same mindset, which will lead to eternal rewards in His presence, both for us and for them.
