As Jesus said, all humans (except He Himself) were and are sinful, and that sin will be judged by God -- either through repentance and faith in the redemption that Jesus made possible through His vicarious suffering and death, or through the punishment that unrepentant sinners will experience. And, until the close of the age, such unrepentant sinners (the type of whom Paul was speaking) are to be excluded from Christian fellowship until such time as they are willing to acknowledge their sinfulness and seek God's forgiveness for their actions.
