Shekinah glory means the tangible presence of God. The presence of God that you can feel because it dwells among you and in the midst of your worship. It's often very heavy and peaceful.
Shekinah glory is what the Israelites followed while being captive. It is like a stream of fire coming from the heavens. When ever the Israelites saw this glory, this is where they set up the tabernacle that Moses was instructed to build. During this time the tabernacle was portable and could be taking down and setup at a moment’s notice.
Once a year on the day of atonement, the high priest went into the Most Holy Place. He would sprinkle blood onto the Ark of the Covenant seven times on three different occasions. This was to atone for his sins also cleanse the temple, and to atone the people sins. If this was all done correctly, then at the end of his third trip, the Shekinah would flash a light above the mercy seat where Yahweh Elohim abided. This meant that the high priest had done everything correctly and would be allowed to live. If you did anything wrong, Yahweh would’ve killed him dead right there.
