Perhaps the questioner is thinking of Jude 1:8-10, where the writer spoke of the archangel Michael disputing with Satan over the body of Moses. The verses read as follows: 8 In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings. 9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”[d] 10 Yet these people slander whatever they do not understand, and the very things they do understand by instinct—as irrational animals do—will destroy them. As indicated in this passage, the archangel Michael did not consider it necessary to revile or slander even a being as evil as Satan when arguing with him, but found it sufficient to simply say to him, "The LORD rebuke you." If Michael thus restrained himself, followers of Christ should also be temperate in their speech (in contrast to ungodly individuals) when referring to spiritual beings.
