What would happen to my soul and spirit if I were to be put into a state of suspended animation (frozen)?

I would like to say that this belief is a fallacy, and a deception of the enemy the devil, who is a deceiver and in opposition to the validity of God's Word! To try to preserve the body, or one's life is foolish, and comes from the wicked imagination of the heart of mankind. See Genesis 6:5. Why should we try to preserve something that was made from the dust of the earth, and will eventually see corruption? See 1 Corinthians 15:35-55 and 2 Corinthians 5:1-8; Hebrews 9:27. We should be seeking after everlasting life that comes from the Eternal Spirit of God through His Son Jesus! Jesus is the hope of glory! We have a greater inheritance through Him that loved us and gave Himself for our salvation! To God be of the glory for the wonderful things He has done!
