Does Psalms 90:10 indicate that the lifespan of man should only be 70-80 years?

Is this the lifespan of man?

Psalms 90:10

ESV - 10 The years of our life are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty; yet their span is but toil and trouble; they are soon gone, and we fly away.

The context here is poetry. Though poetry can have prophecy or wisdom in it, we shouldn't take it as a hard-and-fast rule or limit. These ages were typical at the time, and it hasn't really changed. It's just average lifespan, and the point of the psalm is how short and difficult life is.
