What will be different when the old order of things ends? (Revelation 21:4)
Revelation 21:4 NIV: "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Revelation 21:1 - 8
ESV - 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

I would express it by saying that anything that God did not originally intend for earth and its inhabitants when they were created, but that was instead a consequence or result of human sin or disobedience to God, such as death, corruption, and separation from God (along with the sin and disobedience themselves), will no longer exist.
