I would say that the "her" refers to all who believe in Jesus Christ.

As a believer, the Holy Spirit lives within us and imparts God's wisdom to us.

Until we accept and believe Jesus as the way the truth and the life, we cannot understand the scriptures.

1 Corinthians 1:21-24: The world did not know God. The Jews required a sign. The Greeks respect knowledge. But Christ is the power and the wisdom of God.

2 Corinthians 9,10: Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard the things God prepared for them. God reveals through His Spirit.

Remember, Jesus said, "It is expedient for Me to go. Then I will send My Spirit to live in your heart."

As we receive our faith as God's gift, we are "her" children.

“Yet wisdom is vindicated and shown to be right by all her children [by the lifestyle, moral character, and good deeds of her followers].” (Luke 7:35 AMP)

This is what I read in the AMP version.
