What does the phrase "all things" mean in Romans 8:32?
Romans 8:32: "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?"
Romans 8:31 - 39
KJV - 31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Paul is referencing things that believers inherit as being members of the church the body of Christ, not earthly things. Believers today are immediately adopted into Christ upon belief (Ephesians 1:13). Paul is saying that because Jesus Christ the Son is viewed as perfect by God the Father, believers are viewed no differently as we are now in Him. God sees Christ in us, and not who we see when we look in the mirror. We have therefore been gifted all things of Christ now that we are in Christ. For instance, Paul says in Romans 8:30 that not only are we, as believers, justified by the resurrection of Christ, we are even glorified as Christ! We deserve none of this and other than having faith alone in Christ can do nothing ourselves to merit any of this (Ephesians 2:8-9). This is the core to the meaning of having Jesus Christ as our savior. He did it all for our justification, and now NOTHING can separate us from God's love (Romans 8:35-39).
