By my reading of relevant passages, all three Persons of the One Triune God were involved in the resurrection. During His ministry, Jesus indicated on multiple occasions that He would raise Himself from the dead (John 2:19, John 10:18). Galatians 1:1 says that God the Father raised Jesus from the dead. And 1 Peter 3:18 says that Jesus was "quickened by the Spirit".
