The last two words of this question inflames the question: "About money." Without it, the question is very general: 'What does the Bible say I can I do when I am worried?' Add the two words, "about money," and it's as if there should be a different solution available. There isn't. Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus (Phil 4:6,7 NLT). The NKJV says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Another translation: "Don't worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart. And God's peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus" (Phil 4:6,7 GNT). I think the answer is, 'Pray.' "Pray about everything" includes money. Money isn't a special kind of issue that should be addressed differently than other concerns we might have. It's no different from sickness, or loneliness, or a lack of any other kind. It's a need. Paul says we're to ask God to help us with that which we are lacking. But he says to remember to be thankful for that with which we're already blessed. "And the peace of God" will be the result of a prayer offered to God with a spirit of thankfulness. Peace is priceless! Better is a little with the fear of the Lord, than great treasure with trouble. (Proverbs 15:16 NKJV) Better to eat vegetables with people you love, than to eat the finest meat where there is hate (Proverbs 15:17 GNT). Better to eat a dry crust of bread with peace of mind, than have a banquet in a house full of trouble (Proverbs 17:1 GNT). God promises peace in a storm when we pray with a thankful heart. Paul was writing to the Philippian church from a cold dark prison cell. You can't tell that by the tone and tenor of his words! There's lots we can do when we're troubled by our life circumstances. Nothing is as effective as prayer! Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times (Romans 12:12 GNT). Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer (NKJV). Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). It’s the only way to fly!
