1 Timothy 6:20: O Timothy, guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babbling and contradictions of what is falsely called 'knowledge.'

Job 28:28 and Psalm 111:10 reveal that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

1 Corinthians 3:19: The wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.

We live in the world that the creator made.

Science is interesting and, even sometimes right.

2 Peter 2:19 says that the irony of a false premise is that you have freedom for a short period. A false agenda can be license for disaster.

In Exodus 14:21, the Lord caused the sea to go back!
In Joshua chapter 10, the sun stood still and the moon was stopped, by a prayer!
In Judges 6:40 we read about the dry fleece sign.
In Daniel 3:19-23 young men are walking in the middle of a fiery furnace.
In Revelation 6:12 there is a great earthquake.
In Revelation 16:20 we see a tsunami.
In Revelation 16:21 hailstones the weight of a talent. (75 pounds)
In Luke 21:25 there is great perplexity in the sea!

Christians need to understand that God is ALWAYS in control. God can melt mountains and split valleys. He is God!

In the dark ages science did not know about a lot of things that we think we know now. They did not know the lock, but they possessed the key. God is the Key to everything. Now many have EXCELLANT descriptions of the lock. Sadly, they have lost the KEY.

Tectonics is a branch of geology relating to the EVOLUTION of the earth's crust.

Evolution is indicative of an unfolding development.

Remember, God created the earth and all there is. He is the Author. Science is a theory.

Science may produce a hypothesis or experiments.

But God can induce earthquakes, dry waterways, cause the sun to stand still, etc, etc, etc.
