I think you are making an error in thinking all of the bridesmaids are saved. There is a mention of not having oil, which is often used as a symbol of the Holy Spirit. If you are a believer, you are saved and have the indwelling of the spirit, so you would have oil.

I think you should refer to a few other sections of the scriptures. Look at the parable in Matthew 13:24-30, where there are wheat and tares. The parable makes it clear that you may not be able to tell them apart by looking while they are growing, but some are gathered and put in the barns at the time of the harvest, and some are put in bundles to be burnt.

Or look at Matthew 7:21-23, where there are those who believed they were Christ's, but are told He never knew them. 

I think it is a call to examine yourself, make sure you are saved, not an indication some will be raptured and some not.

In this parable, what stands out to me the most is the fact that the 10 virgins all heard the same message. They knew that the Bridegroom was coming, but the five foolish virgins were not prepared. They had the knowledge of His return, but lacked wisdom. 

They allowed their vessels to become empty. I believe, as disciples of Jesus Christ, we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit continually. (Note verses below)

Make no mistake, I understand that there is one baptism of the Holy Spirit, but there are many fillings! But the key to this parable is being ready when Jesus returns. 

We must stay alert and watch for His return. Since we do not know when He will return, we must be ready at all times. This is what it means to be wise! As believers, we must heed and obey the admonition of Jesus! Matthew 25:13: "Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."

Matthew 7:21: "Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." There is a clear connection between these verses of Scripture; and if we are wise, we will pay close attention to what Jesus is saying, and do what He says!

Scripture references: Acts 4:31: "And when they prayed, the place where they assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." This account is after the day of Pentecost in Acts 2, when the believers were baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 5:18: "And do not be drunk with wine; in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit." 

May we all be ready for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ!
