This does not necessarily reflect the belief of ebible but is rather a statement of what a Oneness Pentecostals believe. We can discuss the Whys in the thread if you like but this post is strickly to give the answer to the question of what we as oneness Pentecostals believe. In short: 1. We believe in one God 2. We believe that he is revealed to us in the bible in three manifestations or forms (father, son, and holy ghost) 2a. We believe God (creator-father) enrobed himself in flesh and came as a man (Jesus-son) so he could die as a sinless sacrifice to save humanity. 2b. We believe the holy ghost is the Spirit of God inside of mankind. 3. We believe Acts 2:38 is the plan of salvation 4. We believe baptism is in Jesus name 5. We believe one receives the holy ghost by speaking in tongues. 6. We believe once this takes place you are a new creature and must rise to walk in newness of life(not be like the world) 7. We believe that change takes place on the inside and is shown by dressing holy and modestly on the outside Hope this answers your question. If you have more questions or would like clarification just ask. Hope everyone has a blessed day.
Pentecostal comes from on the day of Pentecost in the Bible in the book of Acts. On the day of Pentecost was when the very first church in the New Testament. Please read Acts 2:38 it is the plan of salvation. It tells us to Repent, get baptized in the name of Jesus and then we shall Receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. This is all from the word of God.
