The NET BIBLE is a completely new translation of the Bible! It was completed by more than 25 scholars – experts in the original biblical languages – who worked directly from the best currently available Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts.

As an alumnus of Dallas Theological Seminary, I once wrote DTS and asked for an online Bible translation recommendation and they recommended the NET (the Net Bible), but I suggest getting to it by typing in classic.net.bible.org

Thomas Nelson Bibles, in partnership with Bible.org/Biblical Studies Press, just announced in November 2019, I believe, the release of the New English Translation Bible (NET), the newest complete translation of the original biblical languages into English.
