God has made more promises in His word (the Bible) of things that will (or will not) come to pass than can be fully detailed in response to this question. However, because of God's faithfulness, each of those promises either has been realized or will be realized (Numbers 23:19). The more prominent of those promises include: From the Old Testament: Blessing the whole world through the descendants of Abraham (Genesis 12:2-3)(most notably in the incarnation of Christ (John 8:56)); making the descendants of Jacob (Israel) His chosen people (Leviticus 26:12-13); if we search for Him, we will find Him (Deuteronomy 4:29); He will vigilantly protect His children (Psalm 121); His love will never fail (1 Chronicles 16:34); if Israel would be obedient to Him. Its sin would be forgiven, its prosperity restored, and its nation healed (2 Chronicles 7:14); all those who delight in God's word will be blessed and rewarded (Psalm 1:1-3). Further promises of God are contained in the New Testament: granting salvation and eternal life to all those who believe in His Son, Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16-17); all things will work together for good for those who love God (Romans 8:28); comfort in time of trial (2 Corinthians 1:3-4); new life in Christ (being :"born again") (2 Corinthians 5:17); all spiritual blessings (Ephesians 1:3); God will complete the work that He has started in His followers (Philippians 1:6); granting His followers His peace when they pray (Philippians 4:6-7); to supply our needs (Matthew 6:33; Philippians 4:19; Matthew 6:26); to grant rest to those who come to Christ (Matthew 11:28-30); to grant us abundant and secure everlasting life (John 10:10; John 4:14; John 10:28); to grant us power to be witnesses for Christ (Acts 1:8); Jesus will return for us so that we may be with Hin always (John 14:2-3).

Right now during the pandemic, God's promise to protect is the most important one to me--His promise to protect His own: Psalm 121, as mentioned by Tim, says "The LORD will keep you from all harm--he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Psalm 121:7-8 NIV
