This is a Hindu festival that celebrates love and emotions. They place "bracelets" on each other. As Christians, we are to love each other, especially other believers. We are to share the love of Jesus and the story of salvation. I see no harm in their tradition. However, I don't see the need for a Christian to celebrate the tradition.
