Although the ancestry of Jesus contained in Matthew 1 only begins with Abraham (previously known as Abram), tracing the genealogical lines prior to Abraham's birth as provided in Genesis 11 and 1 Chronicles 1 in the Old Testament indicates that Abraham was descended from Noah's son Shem through the following succession of individuals: Shem - Arphaxad - Shelah - Eber - Peleg - Reu - Serug - Nahor - Terah - Abraham. (This agrees with the pre-Abrahamic genealogy provided by Luke in Luke 3:34-36 -- although Luke's geneaology draws from the Septuagint translation of the Old Testament from Hebrew to Greek by also including the name of an additional intervening descendant (Cainan) between Arphaxad and Shelah.)
