Although God inspired the authors of the various books of the Bible in the words that they wrote (which were given in either Hebrew or Greek), and although He is also eminently capable of inspiring human speech (to which Jesus referred in Matthew 10:19 and Luke 12:11), I am not aware of any biblical reference to a distinct heavenly language in written form, or to the activity of writing in such a language by the redeemed, either in this life or in eternity.

(Although Paul referred in the passage cited in the question to the "tongues of angels", he was referring (in my opinion) to speaking with a maximum degree of eloquence and power, rather than to the specific language being spoken, or to the speaking (or writing) of words in a separate, distinct heavenly language (either on earth or in heaven).)

If the reference in the question is to writing words that God would want us (as believers) to write, I would say that it is certainly possible and permissible to pray for the Holy Spirit's guidance in such an effort, but I would not seek the ability to write in a distinct language that is spoken only in heaven (if such a language even exists). To me, that would be similar (as referred to by Paul in 1 Corinthians 14) to speaking in a tongue (even if it is an intelligible language) if there is no one available to interpret what is being said, since those hearing (or, in the case of the written word, reading) the speech would not be edified in any way.
