How will the Lord judge Neanderthals, cavemen and those who existed during the time of dinosaurs?

Jeremiah could have lived during the time of these animals, so could he have witnessed to them?

According to the Bible (which includes an account of the creation of humans), there was never a time when they were without knowledge of God's existence, or of His role as their Creator, due to the witnesses to Himself that He provided in nature (Romans 1:19-23); in the inborn human conscience (Romans 2:12-16); and also through interactions that He initiated with them. (That is why, as Paul said in Romans 1:20, humans are wthout excuse in that regard.)

Where seeming conflicts between the Biblical account and science exist, I believe that they are attributable to an incomplete state of our current scientific knowledge; invalid assumptions or outright bias on the part of humans; or a combination of those factors, rather than to errors in the Scriptural account. If any such apparent conflicts are not reconciled in this life, they will be in eternity, where it will be finally and fully demonstrated that the Bible's accounts are totally accurate.

There were NO such beings as "cavemen". The first on Earth did NOT live in caves. They lived in a garden. They were named Adam and Eve.

Let us get the science straight. Dinosaurs didn't die out 65 million years ago, they were around a few hundred years ago. For example fresh tissue found in T. Rex was published in the magazine Science about 5 years ago. Also there are many dinosaur stories around the world indicating a relatively recent appearance of them (see creation.com). Neanderthals were a civilized group who painted, made jewelry, pottery and were civilized in many other ways as well. Evidence of their DNA has been found in modern day humans indicating cohabitation.

God will judge them in accordance with the light and knowledge that they had about Him. One thing that we do know was that they were not a bunch of cannibalistic savages, as is sometimes portrayed.
