Was Abrahams laughter here in disbelief or was he rejoicing about the Lord's day as in John 8:56?

If the question is asking whether Jesus' reference to Abraham rejoicing at seeing His day is connected to the account in Genesis 17:17 of Abraham laughing (secretly, he thought) in incredulity when he was informed by God that he and Sarah would have a son at their advanced ages, I would say that Jesus' reference was not to that incident. Instead, Jesus was referring (in my opinion) to Abraham rejoicing at having been given a prophetic vision (although it is not specifically recorded in Genesis) of the promise that God made to Him regarding his descendants through Isaac being ultimately fulfilled by Jesus' own incarnation through Mary,as recorded in Luke 3. (An indirect reference to this vision is made in Hebrews 11:13.)
