What is the difference between the Garden of Eden and heaven?
Is heaven the garden of Eden? Do we go back there, or is heaven a new place?
Genesis 2:1 - 25
ESV - 1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done.

In my opinion, the garden of Eden was a physical location on earth that could be identified as such by the names of the rivers that the Bible mentions as having emanated from it (Genesis 2:10-14). With the exception of the Tree of Life (which was removed and taken to heaven or Paradise -- where Revelation 2:7 mentions it as being present -- prior to the Flood), the garden itself was destroyed by the Flood. Heaven, by contrast,is the abode of God that (again, in my opinion) is in a realm or dimension that is outside the earthly space-time continuum (since God existed there before He created space and time). The dwelling place of the redeemed in eternity (whether regarded as heaven, or the "new earth" mentioned in Revelation 21:1) will be the type of paradise that God intended Eden to be before the fall of humanity into sin, but (unlike Eden) it will never be affected or corrupted by the introduction of sin.
