There has been no evil in Heaven since the expulsion of Satan and the angels who joined him in his rebellion against God, nor will there be evil in the Christian's eternal end state (whether that is regarded as heaven or the "new earth" described in Revelation 21). For redeemed Christians, that end state will be the culmination of their sanctification by the indwelling Holy Spirit that began when they first believed. Revelation 21:27 says, "[N]othing unclean shall enter it, nor any one who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life." Revelation 22:15 says that "the dogs and sorcerers, and fornicators, and murderers, and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood" will be "outside" (that is, excluded).
