Why did Pharaoh’s daughter, Solomon’s wife, need a separate palace? (1 Kings 7:8) 8 And the palace in which he was to live, set farther back, was similar in design. Solomon also made a palace like this hall for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had married.

I would say that the separate palace was viewed as due to her in recognition of her status (apart from being married to the king of Israel) as a person of royal descent herself (since she was Pharaoh's daughter), even though she was not from the nation of Israel.
