Was Jonah spiritually transported to Nineveh or did he walk?
This was a great distance to travel over land.
Jonah 3:3
ESV - 3 So Jonah arose and went to Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city, three days' journey in breadth.

I see no indication in Scripture that any supernatural means were used (or that any would have been necessary) to transport Jonah to Nineveh (which I calculate to be a distance of approximately 600 miles). Such a journey which would have taken (again, by my calculation) three weeks to a month for an individual, covering 20-25 miles per day. Armies, traders, and individuals have been traveling such distances on foot at a similar pace since ancient times, living off the land (natural sources of food), or carrying provisions with them, even if there were no inns or settlements along the way. Also, although God wanted Jonah to go there as soon as he could, the main thing was for him to obey God's command, rather than the speed with which he traveled. A large city such as Nineveh was not going to suddenly disappear during his journey, so that immediate transport (such as by divine means) would not have been needed.
