Can you even imagine what life would be like without the Ten Commandments? These ten little rules are the basis for almost every countriy’s laws. The first four commands are about our relationship with God, the other six are about our relationship with each other, whilst the many disregard the first four, even some denominations, the world uses them to discard the whole ten. But what a mess we would be in without them.

My opinion is that the people of Israel, the Israelites, were given the Law as a guidebook for the do's & don't' to live by God's standards.

The answer is simple: God outlined his THRONE and the items around it which match the 10 Commandments exactly in the same order. No question the 10 Commandments are of God. Check this out in Revelation chapter 4 for the surprise.
