Yes, angels can feel pain. Rev. 20:10 : “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” Satan is an angel and the scripture says he will be tormented both day and night.

In my opinion, although angels can assume visible (as in Luke 2:9-13) or even physical (as in Genesis 18-19) form, they are by nature immortal spirit beings. They can have emotions (Luke 15:10), but they do not/cannot experience physical pain, because they are not physical by nature.
