Here Jesus is lamenting the reluctance exhibited by the Jews to listen to his teaching by comparing them not only to to Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, but also to Jonah and the Ninevites. He mentions that when the queen of the South, that is Queen of Sheba, heard of the wisdom of Solomon she traveled a long journey from her homeland to visit Solomon and listen to his wisdom.

And when Jonah warned the Ninevites of the impending destruction about to befall them, although only a low-profile prophet, the Ninevites nevertheless listened to his message and turned from their evil ways.

Now Jesus is telling the Jews that He was greater than both Solomon and Jonah, but they would not listen to His wisdom nor His warnings. Thus He says that the Queen of Sheba and the Ninevites would stand up in judgment against them because of their hard-heartedness.

Just to briefly add to the above question and answer, the Bible passages to which Jesus was referring with regard to Solomon were the accounts in 1 Kings 10 and 2 Chronicles 9 of the Queen of Sheba's visit to Solomon.

Also, in my opinion, there are enough examples of Solomon's wisdom given in the canonical books of the Bible itself (such as in 1 Kings and Proverbs) that it would not be necessary to take any deuterocanonical books (such as the Book of Wisdom) into account in searching for reasons behind the Queen of Sheba's visit. (However, that is not to say that she might not have also been exposed to other information or writings that are not in the Scriptural canon with regard to Solomon's wisdom.)
