Who are the elect angels?
1 Timothy 5:21
NKJV - 21 I charge you before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels that you observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing with partiality.

The "elect" (chosen) angels were/are those angels who did not join Lucifer (Satan) in his rebellion against God (Isaiah 14:12-15). After Satan and those angels who had followed him in rebellion were cast out of heaven (Luke 10:18), the elect angels who had not joined Satan were "sealed" in their decision, so that there would/could be no further rebellion among them.
