I would say that seeking God first in one's business is clearly implied by Jesus' instruction to "seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness" (Matthew 6:33).

In the preceding two verses (Matthew 6:31-32), Jesus had contrasted seeking God first with the alternative of being worried or anxious about having food, drink, or clothing. Since, for a business owner, that business would provide the resources with which to obtain those items (as well as whatever else the business owner might hope to realize from the business), it would seem to me to necessarily follow that seeking God and His righteousness first in the conduct of that business would be the means by which (as Jesus said) "all these things (that is, food, clothing, etc.) shall be added unto you, as well." It's not a matter of having to choose between having those things and seeking God first. Seeking God first is the means by which God will then provide all those things.
