We could go to Matthew 13:38, John 6:70, John 8:44, Acts 13:10, and 1 John 3:10 to see N.T. speaking in one way or another of Satan's Protege or Children, but in a sin nature way we are all Satan's Child till we are born again.

In Joshua, we see that Gods Chosen People were allowed to conquer Canaan as The Promise Land, but soon they began intermarrying with the peoples of idolatry and abominations. God's judgment came to purify, just as it will again during the Tribulation and Armageddon, Matthew 24:21 and Revelation 16:16.

Joshua 2: 1-21 relays the story of Rahab a Canaanite who was spared by God as she believed in The God of Israel, and she was in Jesus's ancestry, Matthew 1:5.

I would say that the "seed" of the serpent (Satan) in Genesis refers to any individual or people (starting with Cain and his descendants) who choose to follow Satan's example in rebelling against God, disobeying Him, or working to frustrate His will or plans.

The tribes of Canaan were descended from the son of Ham (Genesis 10:6), who was in turn the son of Noah. Noah had cursed Canaan after the Flood because Ham (Canaan's father) had shamed Noah by seeing him lying naked in his tent (Genesis 9:20-27)), and thus the nations descended from Canaan were also part of the serpent's "seed", which manifested itself in the abhorrent practices of those tribes described in Leviticus 20, such as child sacrifice; the use of mediums and wizards; adultery; incest; and bestiality. That was why God ordered Israel to eradicate those tribes (Leviticus 20:23).

The first people God commanded the Israelites destroy upon crossing the Jordan River was the inhabitants of Jerico and Ai. A little research shows these to be the progeny of Lot.

"Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father.
And the firstborn bare a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day. And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Benammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day." (Genesis 19:36-38)

Yes. For this is the reason why the kingship covenant was made with David and God, with the understanding that David would kill off ALL of those that existed in the Promised Land, in order to retain his throne. Saul was supposed to do so, but failed to keep his promise, and that was why he was removed. The Raphaim are the Nephilim, the offspring of the fallen angels with the daughters of man... Genesis 6:1-6, Jude 1:6, Books of Enoch, Jasher, Jubilees, and Giants. These are the Giants... King Og of Bashan, Goliath and his 4 brothers... they were all giants. These are the same beings that the Greeks and the Romans wrote about, in their writings... what we call 'Greek mythology', the Titans. These two civilizations had the same 'gods', just different names for them. They DID exist.
