In my opinion, a personal statement of faith from a Christian standpoint would (as the term implies) be something that would be unique to each individual.

It would focus not just on the "what" of faith -- creeds or Biblical passages, or even on the fact of the individual's belief in those creeds or passages -- but on personal life experience(s) that caused Christian "head knowledge" for the individual to become "heart knowledge" -- the "why" and "how" that turned belief for that individual from an intellectual exercise into an active, living force that has fundamentally changed that person, and that is testified to by the individual's words and actions.

At the same time, the individual would not take credit for this change, but would attribute it entirely to God, and would be willing and eager to share their own experience with others, so that those others could have the same type of transformation in their lives.

Skeptics or scoffers would also have difficulty discrediting those efforts and testimonies, because they would be based on personal experience, similar to Jesus' encounter with the woman at the well in Sychar (John 4:4-42), or His healing of the man who had been blind from birth (John 9).
