Do Hebrews 1:2 and Hebrews 11:3 suggest there is life on other planets?

Hebrews 1:2

NKJV - 2 Has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds.

Although (in my personal opinion) there may be other life forms somewhere in the universe that God has chosen not to reveal to us in the Bible or otherwise, I do not believe that the verses from Hebrews cited in the question pertain to this possibility.

I interpret these verses to be referring to the role that the Son of God (Jesus), as the Second Person of the eternal Triune God, played in the creation of the world (as referenced also by John in his gospel (John 1:3)); to the fact that the world was created from nothing that existed previously, but was brought into being simply by God commanding that it be so (as was also the case with everything else in the universe); and to the role of God in sustaining and maintaining the existence and functioning of the entire universe.

These verses do not (in my opinion) specify or suggest that the "all things" that God created and that are seen (which includes other planets besides earth), and of which Christ has been appointed the heir, necessarily include life on those other planets.
