As far as I am aware, she is not mentioned. The emphasis in Biblical genealogies (with some exceptions, such as Matthew 1:3 (where Tamar is mentioned), Matthew 1:5 (where Ruth and Rahab are mentioned), or the genealogy of Mary in Luke 3:23-38 (to show that Jesus was descended from David through both His earthly father and His mother -- although even Mary herself is not mentioned by name in Luke's genealogy) -- as well as to circumvent the "curse of Coniah" in Joseph's lineage (Matthew 1:11-12; Jeremiah 22:30)) focused on the male line of descent, with no mention normally being made of wives or mothers. This simply reflected the cultural customs and practices of the time. Ephraim is therefore not the only individual whose wife is not mentioned by name (although his mother is recorded due to her significance in connection with the story of Joseph). There is no special religious or Biblical significance to that fact. It was just not done as a matter of normal practice. (The book of 1 Chronicles from its very beginning lists only the names of fathers and sons.)
