The Bible does not mention it. But, homosexuality is called an abomination in the bible. Why would anyone of sound mind want to allow an innocent child to be any part of an abomination? The bible says that sin is bound to come. But "woe" to the one, by whom it comes. Involving children is such an immoral sin, and really shows that the Bible is truthful in saying that God turns these people over to a reprobate mind.
