My opinion is that Jesus was not married, nor bore children, for a few reasons. 
1. In Revelation 19:6-10 it speaks of Jesus coming down in His second coming for judgement. But it also speaks of "Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb". The Lamb being Jesus and his wedding celebration of Him and His church. Jesus was sent to teach the truth and was "married" to the church. For Jesus to be married would be committing adultery against Himself (my opinion). Jesus was without sin. 

Jesus also said in 1 Corinthians 6:17-"But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with him in spirit". Jesus was one with the father and the father with him. He could not have had a wife or children because He and His wife would have become one flesh and Jesus' body was not able to be united as He was already united with God and the Holy Spirit. 

2. For Jesus to father children, He would have had to be married (answered above). In Ephesians 5:22-25-husbands are told to live their wives "just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her". If Jesus had been married, His Word would be to love as Christ loved His wife. He did not say that because he had no wife, His bride was the church. 

And last, but not least. In 1 Corinthians 7:7, Jesus specifically states (about marriage)-I wish that all men were as I am". He goes on in 7:32, "I would like you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord's affairs-how he can please the Lord." HERE-verse 33, "But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world-how he can please his wife-and his interests are divided."
Jesus' love and devotion were to His Father's will and His Father's church. He was not against people marrying, but Jesus marriage was only to the church. 

I would just have to say that to believe Jesus was married or fathered children is putting Jesus on "our" level. As Proverbs 3:5 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding". We try to lean on our understanding, put Jesus on our level having our same desires and weaknesses. Jesus is our Lord; without sin, without weakness.
