The definition of the Alderian Therapy is to identify obstacles and create effective strategies for working towards those goals. I believe that it is not biblical. 1 Jn. 2:27 says, "But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: But as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him. Although some sorts of therapy are ok, such as physical therapy. I believe the mental issues are demonic and better left to the Lord, because if you think about it, those are open doors in a person’s mind where he/she has allowed the enemy to enter in and harass and torment them. It is so easy to open those doors and not even realize you're doing it. The Lord warns us to guard ourselves. The devil is sneaky and he's going to and fro looking to hi-jack one of God's children. Be blessed.
