When exactly will the tears be wiped away?

Revelation 21:1-5, "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from GOD, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, 'Behold, the tabernacle of GOD is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. GOD Himself will be with them and be their GOD. And GOD will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, no sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.' Then He who say on the throne said, 'Behold, I make all things new.' And He said to me, 'Write, for these words are true and faithful."

Some say that there are no tears in heaven, but as I read Rev. 21:1-5, I understand the Scripture to say that He will wipe away every tear AFTER the first heaven and the first earth have passed away and He has made the new heaven and the new earth.

After the Millennium (the thousand years of Christ's rule), Satan will be loosed for a little season to deceive the nations; then there will be the Great White throne Judgment. After this Judgment, the new heaven and new earth will appear and the New Jerusalem will come down from heaven (Rev 20: 7-15, 21:1-3)

It is only after all these things have happened that God will wipe away all tears (Rev. 21:4)
